By using this website and engaging CraftArc Lab for services, you agree to these terms.
Services
CraftArc Lab provides software engineering services including mobile app development, backend development, AI integration, and digital marketing. All engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of each milestone, the client receives full ownership of all code, designs, and deliverables produced for that milestone. CraftArc Lab retains no licence over client IP upon project completion.
Payment
Projects are billed in milestones as defined in the SOW. Invoices are due within 7 days. Late payments may pause work. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. NDAs are available on request.
Limitation of Liability
CraftArc Lab's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific milestone in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved by mutual discussion or, failing that, arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
